Grants Pass, OR Salary:
$18.00 The Director of First Impressions is the first point of contact for the company and is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. In addition to these duties, the Director of First Impressions will also be responsible for taking insurance payments, assisting the insurance producer, accepting payments for tax professionals, and maintaining a clean and orderly reception area and work room. The Director of First Impressions will also be responsible for refiling paper files for investment clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar. Take insurance payments and assist the insurance producer as needed. Accept payments for tax professionals and process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and orderly reception area and work room. Refile paper files for investment clients as needed. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in customer service, insurance, or financial services preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Position is Monday-Friday 830a-430p. Starting wage is $18.00/hr. #1951
