Job Description

Hullman Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy, privately owned veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service to their families. If you enjoy working with people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a welcoming and professional attitude. Answer multi-line phone calls and schedule appointments. Check patients in and out efficiently. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Assist with prescription requests and medical record management. Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient care. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude during busy times. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Veterinary receptionist or veterinary clinic experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and typing skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Passion for helping people and caring for animals. Schedule Full-time Closed weekends (hours to be discussed during the interview).
