Job Description

FirstLight Home Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our Salem office team. This position will work 2 days per week from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM , with opportunities to pick up additional office days as needed.
Schedule:
Thursday and Friday every week 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Additional Monday-Wednesday fill-in shifts may be available as needed.
Responsibilities May Include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls Greeting visitors and caregivers Taking accurate messages and communicating them to the appropriate staff Assisting with basic office and administrative tasks Filing, scanning, and organizing documents Providing professional and friendly customer service Supporting the office team with day-to-day needs
Qualifications Required:
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Comfortable using computers and learning new office systems Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred, but not required: Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience Caregiving experience with an interest in transitioning into an office-based role Experience working in healthcare, home care, or another medical setting Previous direct customer service experience Experience communicating with clients, families, and/or healthcare professionals We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and are especially interested in individuals who are compassionate, professional, and interested in supporting an in-home caregiving team from an office setting. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time weekday office position with the opportunity to pick up additional hours when coverage is needed.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 20.0 per week
