Job Description

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring smooth operation of the front desk and providing excellent customer service. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a positive patient experience. Below are some responsibilities with this position. It is a versatile position with a variety of duties. Warmly greeting and accurately checking in patients using company software Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and providing information, routing inquiries, and addressing patient needs or concerns. Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently using electronic scheduling system Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations Work closely with medical staff (providers, medical assistants, etc.) and other administrative personnel to ensure efficient clinic operations Have the ability to work on multiple things at once with interruptions Pay close attention to detail while moving at a fast pace Have professional communication through speech and writing Be calm, positive, and patient when assisting others Medical experience may be helpful, but is not necessary Complete general tasks as assigned If you are a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for patient care, we encourage you to apply!
