Requirements:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining a professional workspace Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly Maintain organized records for project files and customer correspondence Schedule and coordinate meetings, project timelines, and appointments Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports Monitor and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues as needed Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking processes for projects Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry Familiarity with construction documentation and processes is highly desirable
Skills Required:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction software or ERP systems preferred Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer Requires sitting, keyboard typing and 10-key, use of telephone and computer monitor, walking, filing, and stairs Occasionally lift and carry files or documents weighing up to 10 pounds
