In person Requirements Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls promptly, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is highly preferred. Some knowledge of veterinary terminology, medical-surgical procedures, and companion animal medicine is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
