We call our receptionists "Patient Care Coordinators". This job entails far more than answering phones and taking payments. Our Patient Care Coordinators are vital to ensuring our clients and fur patients receive the best care, that they need and deserve. We are hiring because our business keeps growing. Work Location:
In person Requirements Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls promptly, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is highly preferred. Some knowledge of veterinary terminology, medical-surgical procedures, and companion animal medicine is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
