This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of our office and provides support in several areas, including client communication, administrative tasks, data entry, and basic accounting/bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate is professional and friendly, comfortable working with clients, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately Respond to routine client questions and assist with general client communication Perform accurate data entry and maintain client and company records Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks Enter and organize financial information and supporting documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed Organize, scan, copy, file, and maintain electronic and paper documents Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents Assist with general office organization and administrative duties Maintain confidentiality when handling client, financial, and company information Provide additional administrative and accounting support to staff as needed Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, bookkeeping, or office support position preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong data entry and computer skills Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices is preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with clients Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Dependable, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys being an important part of a small office team and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The right person will be organized, reliable, personable, and willing to take initiative while providing excellent support to both our clients and our team.
