In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our agency, managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer support. Administrative & Office Support Answer and route incoming calls professionally Manage emails, faxes, and incoming documents Schedule patient visits and coordinate with field staff Maintain organized patient and employee files (electronic & paper) Assist with data entry into EMR systems (e.g., Alora or similar) Home Health Operations Support Assist with intake processing and referrals Communicate with physicians' offices, hospitals, and case managers Track orders, plans of care, and required documentation Support billing and authorization workflows as needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Staff & Client Coordination Communicate with nurses, therapists, and aides regarding schedules Assist with onboarding paperwork for new staff Follow up on missing documents or signatures Provide courteous assistance to patients and families Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years administrative or healthcare office experience Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic computer systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare setting Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care processes Medical terminology knowledge a plus Join us to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing lives through exceptional home health services.
