Front Desk Coordinator(Part-Time) We are a growing, family-owned business seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We're looking for a true superstar, someone with an engaging, positive personality who loves connecting with families and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and takes pride in making people feel welcome.
Pay:
Starting at $15/hour (higher based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Build positive relationships with families and deliver an outstanding customer experience Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Support enrollment, sales, and customer transactions Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently Conduct tours for prospective families Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks Help ensure smooth daily operations through strong organization and communication Perform light cleaning and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with families Professional and courteous phone etiquette Basic computer skills (training provided) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable interacting with children and families Must pass a background check Preferred (Not Required) Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or childcare settings Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and basic social media platformsSchedule Part-time:
