Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities Strong front desk and receptionist skills, including Receptionist Duties and experience in a Medical Office setting. Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear, professional verbal communication with patients and team members. Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars, confirming visits, and handling changes efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced clinical environment. Demonstrated commitment to respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered service for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Previous medical office or healthcare administration experience preferred; Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
