Provide a warm and welcoming introduction to our facility, setting the tone for an exceptional care experience Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a professional, personable, and friendly demeanor in all interactions Handle a variety of communication situations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, with accuracy and efficiency Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times Practice good judgment and maintain a calm, focused, and patient disposition, even in high-pressure situations Ensure prompt and effective resolution of resident and family concerns
