Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Evening Receptionist to join our team and ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk operation during evening hours. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks with precision. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a friendly first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently Manage front desk operations including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-in procedures Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) for document creation, editing, and organization Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incoming correspondence, and office activities Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff or clients Assist with basic office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy Experience answering multi-line phones and managing front desk responsibilities with professionalism Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and data entry tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment Personal assistant or receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us as an Evening Receptionist where your proactive attitude and attention to detail will shine!
