Help Wanted:
Office Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location:
Erie, PA We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Erie, PA. This is a part-time position offering flexibility in scheduling and a supportive work environment.
Schedule Options:
5 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day (25 hours/week), or 3 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day (24 hours/week)
Compensation:
Starting at $15.00 per hour Free parking provided
Position Overview:
The Office Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our office and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Manage scheduling, appointments, and general office calendars Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical duties Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Maintain organized office records and documentation Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed Ensure the reception and common areas remain neat and welcoming
Qualifications:
Prior office or receptionist experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., email, word processing) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a professional office environment, we encourage you to apply.
