Part-Time Receptionist Peter Becker Community | Harleysville, PA S chedule: Week 1: Friday 4pm-8pm Week 2: Sunday and Saturday 8am-4:15pm

What You'll Do:
Greet and screen visitors, answer questions, and give directions Operate switchboards and phones at both Campus Center and Maplewood Sort and distribute mail, assist with bulk mailings and newsletters Manage guest room and dining reservations, including to-go meal orders Train employees on phones, computers, and switchboard Report maintenance or housekeeping needs through our system Support in emergency situations, ensuring emergency personnel access Open and close front desks, manage lighting and audio in lobby/common areas
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Comfortable with computer systems and telephone operations Willingness to work across both Campus Center and Maplewood as needed Ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move throughout the day Why Peter Becker Community?
