RTM Assembler Harleysville, PA | $24.24/hour About the Role An industrial manufacturer specializing in high-performance pumping and fluid handling solutions for extreme environments is hiring an RTM Assembler. What You'll Do Prepare molds and materials for RTM processes, including cleaning, applying release agents, and positioning preforms Assemble composite components according to engineering drawings and work instructions Inject resin into molds and monitor curing cycles Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications Grind various shaped parts, removing burrs and flashing using hand and power tools Repair parts with cosmetic imperfections; hand sand and oil parts Maintain accurate production records and report any issues What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in composites preferred 2+ years experience with RTM equipment 2+ years experience repairing a variety of parts 2+ years experience grinding various shaped parts Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools Benefits 401(k) with matching Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account PTO and Tuition Reimbursement MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
