As a vital first point of contact, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks that support our daily operations while creating a positive experience for clients and staff alike. Duties Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area Perform data entry, filing, copying, scanning. Maintain visitor logs and follow security/sign in procedures Communication effectively with staff, vendors and consumers to ensure excellent customer service. Assist other departments with clerical support as requested. Experience Maintain organization of files and documents through meticulous filing systems and digital organization tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, printers, computers, fax, data entry, filing, and clerical procedures Prior customer service or front desk experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism Requirements High School Diploma or GED Proven experience as receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred Proficiency with basic office equipment Familiarity with Microsoft Offce Strong verbal and written communication skill Ability to pass required background checks, clearances and drug screening
