Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments, and relay messages accurately. Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible. Handle data entry tasks using productivity software on Open Dental. Schedule appointments, answer questions, check patients in for appointments and gather necessary patient information. Support office management activities by coordinating incoming deliveries, tracking inventory, and performing general administrative tasks. Skills Proficiency with typing, basic computer skills and email. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Previous experience in the dental field preferred but not required for front office specific job duties that highlights customer service excellence and administrative competence. Technical proficiency in office management tools combined with strong interpersonal skills for client communication and support.
