This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly using strong computer skills and office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management to keep office records accurate and organized Support administrative tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with office supply inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain a well-functioning workspace Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical experience in a busy environment Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and professional communication is essential Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous but not required Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management enhances suitability for this role Join us as our Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face that sets the tone for our organization!
