Job Description
Ethos Capital is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping an office run smoothly. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the daily office operations. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments. Prepare conference rooms for client appointments, ensuring technology, refreshments, and room setup are ready. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including reception, conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas. Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Stock office supplies, kitchens, beverage stations, conference rooms, and restrooms. Assist with daily office upkeep, including kitchen maintenance and end-of-day cleanup. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support to the advisory and operations teams. Assist with seminars, client events, and basic marketing projects as needed. Perform other office and receptionist duties as assigned. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
