In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the face of our office, providing excellent service on behalf of the people we represent. Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, and direct inquiries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings. Manage multiple calendars. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Perform accurate and timely data entry. Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette and clear communication. Maintains a positive, service-oriented attitude in both in-person and phone interactions. Proficient in computer systems and office technology.
