Our Paoli salon is award-winning—and growing. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

4:00 PM - 8:00

PM Weekends:

What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming environment and deliver a standout first impression for every guest Drive membership and retail sales through confident, consultative conversations Manage appointment scheduling and support daily calendar flow Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Assist with salon operations, including inventory upkeep and front desk organization Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting front-of-house environment Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills (salon or spa experience preferred) Clear, professional communication and active listening abilities Sales-minded with confidence in recommending services and products Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling phone communication Reliable availability for evenings and weekends Why Join Us?
