by trying new things A Day in the Life As a front office team member at Dental and Aesthetics of Pittsburgh, a typical day might include the following:

• Arriving 15 minutes early to huddle with your team to celebrate yesterday's wins, address the opportunities, and prepare for today's patients. You walked in prepared and ready!
• Working with a driven team
• Caring for patients who truly appreciates you.
• Working in an office that is busy yet fun
• Treating every patient like your own mother
• Checking in between 20-30 patients each day
• Interfacing with patients through phone, email, and other platforms in a professional manner
• Multitasking between different roles at the same time
• Navigating solutions independently to serve patient requests
• Assisting with presenting treatment plans and financial agreements
• Assisting with all administrative tasks
• Answering phone calls and follow ups within regular business hours
