Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Administrative Office Support positions in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide a world-class guest experience by welcoming visitors, customers, vendors, executives, and employees while managing visitor check-in procedures and security protocols.
  • Manage front desk operations including reception coverage, phone and email communications, visitor records, mail distribution, package handling, and conference room coordination.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, event logistics, supply ordering, invoice processing, work order submissions, and executive visit coordination.
  • Ensure workplace experience excellence by coordinating catering services, assisting with meeting logistics, partnering with Facilities and IT teams, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of receptionist, front office, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

    Pay Details:
