This position plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for families, children, staff, and visitors while ensuring the daily operations of the front office run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet families, children, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule tours, appointments, and meetings Maintain accurate records and assist with enrollment paperwork and tour packets Monitor and order office and classroom supplies Support school leadership with administrative tasks and special projects Manage daily communications with families and staff Ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming Assist with tidiness of staff lounge, resources, and conference room Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred Experience in a childcare, education, or school setting is a plus
