Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and their animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. This role requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred,but willing to train the right person for the job. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services and answering questions. Process patient records and maintain accurate medical files. Assist with medical collection tasks, ensuring timely payment for services rendered. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and other areas of the hospital. Laundry Manage inventory of supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Have a friendly personality,and be able to deal with all types of situations that arise. Skills Strong knowledge of animal anatomy and basic veterinary practices. Experience in medical collection processes is preferred.. Familiarity with animal care protocols. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Work well in a team environment.
