Job Description
Perfetto Insurance is seeking a friendly, professional and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistance. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and effectively manage multiple responsibilites while maintaining a positive attitude. The position is in our Wyomissing office, Monday through Friday, flexible between 9:00AM & 5:00PM for 6 hours per day to perform a variety of clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our agency. Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a frienldy and professional manner Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records Assist with marketing activities, mailings, and client communications Provide administrative support to various team members and departments Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Skills Minimum of 2 years administrative, receptionist, customer service or office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer applications Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computer, fax machines and printers) Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to take direction from multiple team members and work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks High school degree
