Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Office Worker to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for providing excellent administrative support. As a vital part of our office operations, you will assist with daily clerical tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop valuable office management skills while contributing to a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. Duties Answering incoming phone calls promptly Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Perform data entry tasks using our EMR system (Hospice tools), uploading patient forms and orders. Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy access to confidential documents Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and handling general administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally, both in person and via phone or email Qualifications Hospice/home health care experience would be preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Strong communication skills—bilingual abilities are a plus—demonstrating effective phone etiquette and client interaction Ability to handle confidential information responsibly with integrity Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Previous experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is advantageous Computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems Join us as a Part-Time Office Worker where your enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and dedication will help keep our office running smoothly!
