Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities Manage high volume of incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy Monitor and respond to the practice info email account in a timely manner Assist with Klara patient messaging Assist with fax management as workflow allows Provide accurate information to patients regarding providers, services, and scheduling Communicate proactively with internal team members to clarify insurance and other patient-related questions Maintain organized, thorough documentation of patient interactions Occasionally visit clinic locations to strengthen provider knowledge and improve patient-provider matching Qualifications Prior experience in a call center, medical office, or patient-facing customer service role preferred Familiarity with healthcare software (ModMed/EMA) systems is preferred Experience with Availity, Cigna, and UHC provider portals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Empathetic, patient-centered approach Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote setting High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace Join us in delivering outstanding support from the comfort of your home! Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
