Role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and callers, handling incoming inquiries. You will manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and support day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders. Your ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting will be key to your impact and long-term success in the position.Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route high-volume incoming calls via VOIP, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
- Greet and support clients and visitors during scheduled in-person meetings in Charleston, SC as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Monitor and respond to voicemail, email, and message inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date records, logs, and basic documentation using office software and internal systems.
- Organize daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, clear, and confident verbal communication style.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes using VOIP or similar telephone systems.
- Experience coordinating schedules and appointments across multiple stakeholders or departments.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity remotely.
- Residence within 45 miles of Charleston, SC to attend required in-person meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or relevant post-secondary coursework in business, office administration, or related field preferred.
- Any customer service or office administration training or certification is an advantage.
