Veterinary Receptionist

Busy 24/7 Animal Hospital looking for experienced (boarding, grooming, pet care, or veterinary) Veterinary receptionists to join our awesome team! We are a fast-paced 24/7 animal hospital seeking reliable and responsible customer service representatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones (using a multi-line call system), scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, filling prescription food orders, handling medical records, cleaning/stocking, taking messages for doctors, etc. The right candidate will have prior vet experience (or animal care experience), work well under pressure, be capable of multi-tasking and accepting new challenges and applying effective solutions. They will work well in a team-oriented atmosphere, easily adapt to changes, be client-satisfaction-oriented, and willing to jump in and learn from our extremely knowledgeable team. Bilingual is a huge plus! We are hiring for evening (3pm-12am) as well as mid-shift (12p-9p or 1p-10p).
