As a receptionist, you directly impact the nursing center reputation being the first person that a patient/resident, family member, candidate or client interacts with at the nursing center. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while maintaining professional phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records Cashier customers at point of sale and reconcile daily transactions Perform data entry using Microsoft Office and dealership DMS software for accurate record-keeping Maintain organized filing systems and manage correspondence to ensure easy retrieval of information Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and clerical tasks Proofread documents, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to management as needed. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent is required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.
