Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiting Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing front-desk operations, providing exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers, and facilitating seamless communication throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in two languages, and a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth by ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities. Responsibilities Greet and assist candidates, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy in both languages Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to recruitment processes promptly and effectively Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring teams Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within applicant tracking systems (ATS) Support talent sourcing efforts through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and community outreach initiatives Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns including campus recruitment and external recruiting events Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Collaborate with HR team members on employee orientation, contracts, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities Conduct research on talent markets to identify potential candidates and lead generation opportunities Contribute to training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment strategies and candidate experience Skills Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting Familiarity with employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition practices Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing strategies Proficiency in social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, cold calling, and lead generation techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Knowledge of HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent management If you are an energetic professional committed to fostering inclusive hiring practices through effective communication and strategic sourcing, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
