Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who can welcome patients warmly, stay organized in a busy office, and handle responsibilities accurately. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and communicate with patients and staff Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments Contact new referrals promptly and assist with completing required paperwork Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information accurately Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, and authorization requirements Collect patient payments, provide receipts, and accurately record transactions Scan, fax, and organize patient documents and medical records Communicate with therapists and referring offices Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office procedures Help keep front desk, waiting area, and shared workspaces organized Assist with routine office support tasks, including clinic laundry, as needed Requirements Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience required Medical office experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration preferred Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Accurate computer and data-entry skills Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Professional, respectful approach to patients and coworkers Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through Willingness to learn office systems and support the team Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service! Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
