Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident and polished Receptionist to manage the front-of-house experience. This role includes greeting clients, answering phones, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the client-facing areas. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and check them in/out Schedule and reschedule appointments Answer phones, respond to texts, and assist with client communication Keep front desk, retail area, waiting area, and bathroom clean and stocked Open and close the register Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages Order and pick up lunch daily for staff Take out trash and run dishwasher as needed Maintain a professional appearance daily (hair and makeup required)

Compensation & Benefits:

$15.00 per hour 6 PTO days + 3 sick days (after 6 months) Employee discounts on services and retail Performance reviews and raise opportunities annually

Paid Holidays Schedule:

Hours TBD (will include at least two Saturdays per month) 3.5% Match on 401
