Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a The Woodcreek Club. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our Members and Guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, managing guest interactions, answering inquiries, and supporting the overall experience. Responsibilities Greet Members and Guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently for all visitors. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Handle reservations, tee times, and membership inquiries with professionalism. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Provide information about golf course amenities, services, and events. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth communication and operations throughout the day. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the golf course positively. Basic computer skills for reservation systems and administrative tasks are desirable. This position offers an engaging environment where professionalism and hospitality are valued. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
