Position Overview The Pediatric Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and families, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is responsible for managing the front office, supporting scheduling and administrative functions, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule to optimize patient flow Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient needs Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information Collect payments, co-pays, and balances Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth transitions between front and back office Manage appointment confirmations and follow-ups Support overall office organization and cleanliness of the front area Dental Office Front Desk We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
