Job Description
Salon Front Desk / Receptionist We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our salon team! The Front Desk Receptionist is an important part of our salon experience. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, help keep appointments and walk-ins organized, and work closely with our technicians to ensure the salon runs smoothly. Responsibilities Create, modify, and cancel client appointments. Check clients in upon arrival and notify the appropriate technician. Welcome and greet clients in a warm and professional manner. Coordinate walk-in clients with available and appropriate technicians. Understand each technician's individual skill set and services when placing walk-ins. Manage a client queue during busy periods while keeping track of each client's needs and preferences. Maintain accurate cash drawers and ensure drawers are kept at the appropriate amount. Properly account for approved cash expenses and other drawer activity. Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the client's visit. Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with clients. Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable handling cash and keeping accurate records. A strong communicator who works well with a team. Able to stay calm and organized when the salon gets busy. Interested in full-time, long-term employment and growing with our team. Previous salon or front-desk experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Pay & Training Training:
2-3 days at $7.25/hour Starting base pay after training: $15/hour Opportunities for growth and increased pay based on performance and experiencePay:
