Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionists U SPI - Bluffton Okatie Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist, PRN to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent. 1-3 years medical receptionist experience Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required. Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial. Bilingual preferred. Good communication skills.
