Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through their needs Manage all incoming calls, directing inquiries efficiently and professionally Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up communications, and territory management strategies Manage your sales; scheduling, follow-ups, collecting payments ans balances Support business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing accounts Creating invoices Basic filing and keeping accounts organized Managing the showroom and keeping it tidy Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in management or business development roles is advantageous You will learn manufactured and natural stone to be able to sell and answer any questions a customer has to the best of your ability This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales career while delivering outstanding service.
