Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for patients, and support daily administrative functions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in customer service, and technical tools, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office flow. Duties Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent patient service at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling for referrals to medical and surgical offices Perform data entry tasks with precision Filing insurance both medical and vision claims Support office management by organizing files, maintaining supplies, and overseeing general administrative duties Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounting for daily receipts Experience Proven office experience with a strong background in front desk or administrative roles, ideally within medical, dental or vision settings Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems and managing patient communication effectively Experience with OfficeMate would be preferred but not necessary Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent patient support skills combined with professional phone communication and office management expertise.
