About Us Middle Tennessee Veterinary Center is a patient-first, independently owned small animal veterinary practice in Goodlettsville looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and help ensure every visit starts smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients professionally and answer phones promptly and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
  • Check in and check out patients; assist with forms and visit documentation
  • Confirm appointments and help manage reminders as needed
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information in our practice software
  • Coordinate with the veterinary team to support smooth patient flow
  • Perform front desk administrative tasks as needed (routing messages, basic documentation, etc.) Qualifications
  • Prior veterinary reception/customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, calm communication style—especially with stressed clients
  • Strong multitasking and organization skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
  • Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently
Pay:
$17.00
  • $20.
00 per hour
