Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity Support office management tasks such as filing, record keeping, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously in person or over the phone Qualifications Proven office or administrative experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service support Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Ability to type quickly with accuracy and demonstrate good proofreading skills Prior experience in customer service or support roles that require time management and organizational excellence Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets warmth!
