Full-Time receptionist needed for AAHA accredited Animal Hospital. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in person and also on the phone to a multi-doctor practice. Must have the ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere and be able to multitask. Avenue Animal Hospital is seeking a receptionist to join our caring and dedicated team. We are an AAHA accredited small animal hospital devoted to a high standard of medicine with consistent and superior customer service. Duties of the receptionist include, but are not limited to: Opening/closing responsibilities Answering and directing calls Scheduling all appointments Client education Invoicing Record keeping Ideal candidates are: Well organized Able to multi-task Hardworking and detail orientated Possess strong communication skills Team players Provide the utmost level of customer service to our clients. Proficient in computer and telephone skills preferred.
