- A strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with agents, guests, vendors, and leadership Key Responsibilities Office Operations and Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming presence for agents, clients, guests, and vendors
- Oversee the day to day flow and presentation of the Market Center
- Manage incoming calls, mail, deliveries, and general office communications
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, access cards, business cards, and other operational needs
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed Social Media and Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos of office events, training, agent achievements, and day to day culture
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms in alignment with our brand and marketing strategy
- Develop content ideas that showcase agent success, leadership, education, recruiting, and office culture
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media presence and content calendar
- Create simple graphics, stories, reels, and short form videos using tools such as Canva or CapCut
- Monitor engagement and help respond to comments and messages Agent and Leadership Support
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource, connecting agents with the appropriate leadership, training, tools, and support
- Assist with welcoming and integrating new agents into the Market Center culture
- Support leadership with administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, and special projects Culture, Events and Community
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of training, meetings, events, and community gatherings
- Capture and share meaningful moments that highlight the people and culture of our Market Center Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management, hospitality, customer experience, operations, or marketing preferred
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva or CapCut
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence using technology, email, calendars, and office software
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow through Compensation and Schedule
- $40,000 per year
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
