Job Description

Pet Resorts of America is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our hardworking, close-knit team. If you have a genuine love for animals, don't mind getting a little fur on your clothes, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and handle front desk responsibilities, including check-ins and reservations Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive environment for pets and clients Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Respond to emails and online inquiries promptly Schedule appointments and manage the daily booking calendar Process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer as needed Maintain accurate client and pet records in the system Provide information about services, pricing, policies, and availability Handle client concerns or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays Comfortable handling dogs of various breeds and temperaments High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience or knowledge in animal care is preferred but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, responsible, and able to multitask Flexible schedule This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on animal care with customer service in a fun, dynamic setting.
