This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, maintaining organization, and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities Welcome visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Provide information regarding products, services, and office activities. Assist customers and visitors with routine questions and requests. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with scheduling appointments and office activities. Maintain organized visitor records and front desk documentation. Support team members with administrative and customer service tasks. Assist with routine office communications and follow-ups. Help ensure daily front office activities run efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
