Guest Service Representative/Receptionist

Shift Requirement:

Sunday 10-3 Monday 10-3 Tuesday 1:00-6 Wednesday 1:00-6 Friday 1:00-6 Every Other Saturday 9-4:30 •This positions requires covering front desk staff when needed for days off/vacations for the other front desk staff members.• We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE

, punctuality, being a team player and going above and beyond at all times, with little or no supervision, ability to handle money responsibly, and preferred one year of office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and products Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Assist with retail product sales and recommendations Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems (a plus) but not required Professional appearance and positive attitude
