Job Description

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.
Responsibilities:
Performs assigned clerical tasks to include filing, data entry, documentation, correspondence, bookkeeping and accomplishing special projects within the art department. Serves as the receptionist for the art department and UMHB art gallery. Greets visitors and assists with art exhibits and events.
Hours:
25 hours per week to be coordinated with Associate Dean of the Art Program.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University's mission and who will be an active participant in their local church. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. A minimum of 2 years clerical experience is required. Prefer experience in an educational or art gallery environment. Competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
