Job Description
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience working with phone systems is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
