In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette and providing excellent customer support Manage office reception duties including answering inquiries, directing calls, and handling mail distribution Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and assist with document proofreading and word processing tasks Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff or management as needed Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely responses to inquiries Experience Previous office management or front desk experience in a professional environment is preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client communication and support Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone reception protocols, and phone etiquette Clerical experience involving filing, typing, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are considered an asset to effectively serve diverse clients and visitors This role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in organizational skills, possess strong communication abilities, and are eager to provide exceptional customer service.
